Perrin’s Row Townhomes – Ridge at 38th

Perrin’s Row is a rowhome, infill community on 38th Avenue in the Ridge at 38th redevelopment section of Wheat Ridge. Located at the corner of West 38th Ave & Depew, Perrin’s Row Community site consists of 26 homes. Construction began at the location in 2014. Since rowhomes line 38th, the Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival Parade rides in front those buildings. This maybe one of wheat ridges better locations. This is a great place to live.
