Property Description

Welcome home to this well maintained, beautiful manufactured home. You'll notice as soon as you walk through the front door, this is not your typical manufactured home. There are textured walls, rounded corners, and impressive trim work. The living room has a coffered ceiling, ceiling fan, and a built-in, decorative showcase wall. The open floor plan to the kitchen makes entertaining easy. Make sure to notice the eating area with the built-in hutch, allowing for more storage and decoration. The kitchen has ample storage space with 42 inch cabinets. All of the appliances are included and the oven has a gas cook-top. The flooring is NEW! The kitchen is adjacent to both the primary bedroom and the laundry room. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom. Make sure, when you look inside the closet, look behind the closet door after it is swung open. The closet is much bigger than it first appears. The laundry room includes the washer and dryer and gives you access to the backyard. This entrance currently leads to the dog run, but there is a second entrance to the backyard through the detached, single car garage. The garage entrance is through a sliding glass door installed by the seller. This leads to a backyard deck, used by the current owners as a place to entertain. The garage also has new paint and a new front garage door. Back inside your home, there are two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom. New flooring was just installed in the entryway and hallway. You're going to love it here.
